The LB Model
LB offers a "Multi-Platform" model which allows us to widely cover the risk spectrum and needs of each of our clients. We are experts in Sale and Lease Back operations on industrial assets, but we have a multitude of different structures depending on how we adapt to each operation.
Leasing (Renting / Leasing)
We are currently working with 9 financial institutions, mostly international, to build portfolios of our asset class on their balance sheet. This is a simple and inexpensive way to finance CAPEX or assets less than 8 months after installation.
We release classic collateral such as real estate or accounts receivable. These operations are not registered in CIRBEĀ either . Since it is a PGC lease, there are still auditors who accept this financing as "off-balance sheet". It offers reduced prices, but better risk profiles are required.
Sale & Lease Back + Direct Leasing / Lending
Aimed at those deals that banks do not approve due to structure, volume or term. In most cases, reduced prices compared to traditional Direct Lending funds.
Multiple customized programs that adapt to the characteristics of all clients, generating a complete coverage of the risk spectrum and with a focus on machinery and industrial equipment as collateral, but also considering other types of assets as collateral: stocks, real estate, etc.
Different Modalities: purchase and sale and subsequent lease, lease, issuance of bonds or debentures and loan...
High Yield & Venture Capital Funds
At LB we also offer high yield solutions to cover the entire risk spectrum. These types of operations continue to be structured under LB's typical standards, that is, with a focus on industrial machinery and equipment as collateral and offering alternatives that adapt to the characteristics of all clients.
LB is also a valuable partner in Equity / Venture Capital operationsĀ helping in the search for new investors with equity, mixed, mezzanine structures... We also offer a series of industrial services of very high added value for Venture Capital projects, performing Integral Due Diligences (financial, labor and industrial).
