Founded in 2013 by the former management team of ING Lease Spain, LB is a leading alternative finance platform. Specialized in financing companies mainly based on capital goods or other productive assets, based on the extensive experience of our management team. Throughout the years, we have been complementing it with other financial products that help us to provide the financial solution that our client needs.

We manage the operations of different debt funds on an exclusive basis (JV model with Assets Managers) or in a preferred relationship model, as an Operating Partner.
Thanks to its experience and specialization in asset finance, LB is positioned as the leading platform for financing productive assets of medium and large companies in Spain.
On the other hand, LB offers specialized industrial and financial due diligence services for the purchase of companies or productive units, advice and valuation of industrial assets (recognized by the Spanish regulator, CNMV).
